Why did I not received an order confirmation email?

After your order has been received, you will be sent an automatic Order Confirmation e-mail. You will also be sent an invoice and a tracking number to the e-mail address you provided.

If you have not received an Order Confirmation email, it is possible that the e-mail address you provided was incorrect. Please check your details when placing your order, this will make it easier for us and our partners to communicate with you. It could also be that the confirmation has ended up in your spam folder.

If you cannot find your Order Confirmation anywhere, please contact our support team at support@femsense.com
