The femSense patch can only be activated on the patch application day and on the day after. The exact patch application time is essential, since the patch is only worn for a maximum of seven days during your fertile window.
To see your patch application day, open the calendar in the femSense app. A beige patch symbol indicates a future patch application day, a grey patch symbol indicates a missed patch application day.
Once you are close enough to your patch application day, the "Today" screen also displays a countdown.
To activate your patch, simply follow the instructions in the app once you have reached your patch application day.
If you have missed your patch application day (when it is marked in grey in the calendar), please wait for your next cycle. Once you start your new cycle (when you enter your period) femSense calculates your next application day.
